KINGMAX GT-1906BH Box X Sewing Machine with On-Board Programming and 60mm x 40mm Sewing Field
The KINGMAX GT-1906BH is an electronically controlled shape tacking sewing machine – and a bar tacking machine – with a 60mm x 40mm (2.3″ x 1.6″) max sewing field. Ideal for sewing up to 2″ webbing and straps such as seat belts, dog collars, tactical gear, harnesses and similar applications. Similar to the JACK JK-T1906 machine (and we do love the JACKs), this KINGMAX gives you a few more beneficial features at a better price point:
1 . Air Clamp System – even though you will need a existing compressed air line or purchase a small compressor, the air clamp system provides a much better hold of the materials being sewn.
2. Factory set with BIG hook and bobbin – will provide you with more bobbin thread and cut your bobbin changes in half. Will also handle thicker thread more consistently.
3. Digitally Controlled Tension – lets you set the thread tension values electronically for each particular pattern so every time you switch between patterns it holds the tension value in memory.

This machine will be best at sewing 2″ webbing widths (and smaller). The machine is driven by high torque stepping motors and will sew up to 6 to 8 layers of webbing – depending on webbing density.
