The JACK A7 is a highly advanced digital feed lockstitch sewing machine. Equipped with a full range of automatic features including automatic thread trimmer, automatic foot lift, automatic back tacks and an integrated operation panel that puts multiple settings at the tip of your finger.
The machine is suitable for sewing a wide variety of materials automatically controlled by the LOCUS button:
- LOCUS 1: Conventional woven fabrics such as work uniforms, wool coats, casual pants, windbreakers, etc.
- LOCUS 2: Soft, slippery and sticky fabrics such as women’s clothing, pajamas, jackets
- LOCUS 3: Thin soft fabrics such as sportswear and underwear
- LOCUS 4: Thick fabrics such cotton garments, sweaters, jackets, and denim garments
The machine senses the change of ply height and will compensate automatically to maintain perfect and beautiful stitches throughout the run.
The JACK A7’s stepping motor technology also drives the thread trimmer and maintains the tail to 3.5mm eliminating manual trimming after the sewing process.
Automatic lubrication via sealed oil pan gives you a clean sewing environment and long lasting machine life.
